Through compassionate companion support, dependable transportation, and responsible adult support when required, we help make every appointment feel a little less overwhelming while providing clients and their families with peace of mind from arrival through discharge.

We envision a future where every patient has access to compassionate companion support during life's most important medical appointments, and no family has to wonder who will be there when they can't.
Our goal is to become the trusted choice for companion support throughout Gwinnett County and surrounding communities, setting the standard for compassionate, dependable care during extended hospital appointments and outpatient procedures.
We believe peace of mind comes from knowing someone is there—not just to provide transportation, but to offer reassurance, clear communication, and a caring presence from arrival through discharge.
Community Care Commitment
At Trusted Care Transit & Advocacy, giving back is part of who we are. Each month, we dedicate up to 5 hours of companion and advocacy time to support seniors and local organizations serving older adults across Gwinnett County. These hours may include delivering food donations, assisting with community events, or offering short-term care support for seniors in need.
