These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Trusted Care (referred to as 'we', 'our', or 'us'). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Services Provided
Trusted Care provides private, pre-scheduled support services for seniors and individuals needing assistance, which may include assisted transportation as part of a care visit, in-appointment advocacy, and care coordination. Services are available in Lawrenceville, Duluth, Dacula, Suwanee, and Snellville, Georgia.
Scheduling & Cancellations

All care visits must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Changes or cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee.

Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are billed in full.
Payment Terms

All services must be prepaid or paid at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept major credit and debit cards.

Refunds are not available for completed services. Disputed charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities

Be ready at the designated pickup time to help us keep all visits on schedule.

Share any relevant medical, mobility, or safety concerns in advance so we can provide the best support.

Be able to transfer in and out of a standard vehicle with minimal assistance (unless other arrangements are confirmed in advance).

Treat staff with respect — aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service termination.
Limitation of Liability
Trusted Care is not responsible for:

Medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment decisions made by healthcare providers.

Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Items lost, damaged, or left behind in the vehicle.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal and medical information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery. Our team has completed HIPAA Awareness Training for Healthcare Providers—although we aren’t a covered entity, we follow HIPAA-aligned standards of confidentiality. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
