Senior Support in Gwinnett County

Trusted Care Transit & Advocacy was founded with a clear belief that aging should never mean losing independence. While families often juggle work, responsibilities, and concern for their loved ones, seniors deserve support that respects their autonomy and way of life.

Today, we provide reliable companionship, in-appointment advocacy, and wellness check-ins designed to help seniors navigate daily needs with confidence. Our role is not to take over, but to walk alongside—offering presence, reassurance, and support that allows seniors to remain engaged, empowered, and independent, while giving families peace of mind.

Mission

The mission of Trusted Care is to enrich the lives of seniors across Gwinnett County through compassionate companionship, personalized support, and trusted senior transportation. We provide non-medical escort services, in-appointment advocacy, and routine wellness check-ins designed to promote comfort, safety, and independence.

By offering elder care services that go beyond transportation—serving families in Lawrenceville, Snellville, Duluth, Suwanee, and Dacula—we help ease the burden on caregivers while empowering aging adults to stay engaged and confident in their daily lives. Above all, our senior companion services ensure that every client feels respected, valued, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Helping Hands

Community Care Commitment

At Trusted Care Transit & Advocacy, giving back is part of who we are. Each month, we dedicate up to 5 hours of companion and advocacy time to support seniors and local organizations serving older adults across Gwinnett County. These hours may include delivering food donations, assisting with community events, or offering short-term care support for seniors in need.

Our Community Care Commitment reflects the heart behind our mission,  ensuring dignity, connection, and compassion reach beyond private-pay services.

If you know a senior or community program that could benefit from our Community Care hours, please call us at 404-490-3512 or email info@trustedcaretransit.com.
