FAQs
Do you provide medical care?
No. We provide non medical companion support, advocacy, and coordination. Our focus is on comfort, companionship, and helping clients feel supported before, during, and after appointments.
We are not a ride share service
Transportation is provided as part of companion and advocacy support. Our role is to remain present, supportive, and available before, during, and after appointments so clients never feel rushed or alone.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is coordinated through trusted partners for clients who require wheelchair accessible vehicles. For clients who can enter and exit a standard vehicle independently, transportation is provided directly as part of their scheduled service. Your companion remains with you throughout.
Do you accept insurance?
Services are private pay. We can provide receipts for your records if you wish to submit them to a long term care or reimbursement plan
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve seniors and families throughout Gwinnett County, including Lawrenceville, Snellville, Dacula, Duluth, and surrounding communities.
What is an in appointment advocate?
An advocate accompanies clients to medical or professional appointments to help with check in forms, communicate provider instructions, take notes, and make sure families stay informed. This service helps reduce stress and confusion during visits.
Can you visit loved ones in assisted living or nursing homes?
Yes. Our Dignity Check In visits are designed for families who want compassionate oversight and reassurance when they cannot be there in person. We provide updates on your loved one’s well being after each visit
How far in advance should I schedule a service?
We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, though same week requests can often be accommodated.
Do you provide transportation to hospitals or medical centers?
Yes. We provide non-medical transportation and companion support for appointments at facilities including Emory Hospital and Northside Gwinnett Hospital.
Are your companions trained and insured?
Yes. All companions are carefully screened, trained, insured, and bonded to ensure safety and professionalism during every visit.
Do you offer companionship for outings other than medical appointments?
Yes. We are committed to making sure seniors stay active and are never alone. Please let us know what is needed, and we will customize a plan to fit your schedule and preferences.
