Disabled American Veterans

At Trusted Care Transit & Advocacy, we proudly serve those who have served our country. Many veterans in our community face challenges getting to and from medical appointments or accessing the support they deserve , and we’re here to help.

Our companions provide safe, reliable, and respectful transportation and in-appointment support for veterans who may not have family nearby or simply need an extra hand.

We partner with DAV Chapter 90 Gwinnett, to volunteer, raise awareness, and ensure no veteran feels forgotten.

If you or a loved one is a veteran in need of assistance, we’d be honored to support you.

Gwinnett Senior Services

Trusted Care Transit & Advocacy is proud to collaborate with Gwinnett County Senior Services, a division of Health and Human Services dedicated to helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life through education, support, and vital resources.

Through this partnership, we assist local seniors referred by the county’s outreach programs, ensuring they receive compassionate support, reliable transportation, and access to the community resources they need.

Recently, we were honored to provide a senior with food and care assistance following a referral from their office. It is moments like these that remind us why community collaboration matters because together, we make sure every senior in Gwinnett has the help they deserve.
